Perez on his commitment

Perez said joining Cadillac from the start was a project he truly believed in. He described the extension as a natural continuation of that chapter.

He acknowledged that building a Formula 1 team from the ground up takes time, relentless work and patience, and said the progress being made together is incredibly rewarding. He added that there is still a lot of work ahead and that he is fully committed for the next three years.

Perez thanked Dan Towriss, Mark Reuss and everyone at TWG Motorsports and General Motors for the opportunity. He also thanked team members at the track, in the US and the UK, as well as the fans, for their support and trust.

Joining Cadillac Formula 1 Team from day one was a project I truly believed in, and extending my commitment feels like a natural continuation of this chapter
